Organization-scope configuration — Organization Settings, Administrators, Admin Portal Authentication, Self-Service Portal Authentication, Audit Log, Webhooks — is managed through the Admin Portal. There is no public REST API for these resources today. If your integration needs programmatic access to Organization-scope operations — for example, to provision administrators from an external IdP outside the SAML Just-In-Time path, to mirror the audit log into a long-lived archive, or to manage webhook subscriptions from infrastructure-as-code — talk to your Netgraph contact. Tell us the specific operations you need so we can prioritise. In the meantime, two adjacent capabilities cover most needs:
  • Stream the audit feed as it happens by configuring an Organization webhook. Every Organization-scope configuration change is delivered as an organization.configuration.audit event.
  • Federate administrator provisioning through SAML Just-In-Time. Configure Admin Portal SAML with a sensible Default Role Mapping and let users auto-provision on first sign-in. New administrators don’t need manual invitations.
